You won’t regret tasting these homemade eclairs! A light choux pastry covered and filled with a variety of rich flavours. You can choose between 6 different flavours: orange curd with sugar citrus icing, lemon curd and meringue, hazelnut mousseline cream with chocolate milk icing, strawberry and raspberry mouse with ruby chocolate icing, chocolate pastry cream with dark chocolate icing and caramel pastry cream with caramel sauce on top

Ingredients

Whole milk, salt, sugar, wheat flour, unsalted butter (milk), British Lion eggs and:

Lemon: lemon, corn flour
Berries: strawberries, raspberries, gelatine, mascarpone dairy cheese, UHT dairy double cream, ruby chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soya lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring), corn syrup
Hazelnut: hazelnut, corn flour, chocolate milk (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier, soya lecithin, vanilla flavouring), UHT dairy double cream, corn syrup
Chocolate: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soya lecithin, vanilla flavouring), vanilla extract, dairy double cream, corn syrup
Orange: orange, corn flour, icing sugar, corn syrup
Caramel: corn flour, UHT dairy double cream, lemon juice, UHT whole milk, vanilla
