A fresh and sweetly perfect vegan cake. Moist and fluffy vegan lemon sponge, with a bold lemon flavour. Filled with vegan raspberry cheesecake with homemade raspberry compote and covered with vegan lemon buttercream. All decorated with fresh raspberries and candied lemons.
